“Last week the Boox Note Air had an extended warranty/protection $132 for 2 years. This week I went to order & noticed it's not available to check off when ordering online now. Has this offer changed or not offered anymore with this item?”

I was told by the sales rep that they usually don’t offer those kind of warranties on new tech like this. You must have read that wrong or it might have been one of those stupid pop up ads that you saw while you were on the page looking at the Boox.
