A:AnswerAll I can say is that Bosch says to just scrape dishes free of pieces of food, leave the rest, but we do run water over our dishes before putting them into the dishwasher. No there is no grinding of food, but you can easily remove the filter in the bottom of the washer every so often and clean it.
A:AnswerOnly thing that I can guess is that you are not using a rinse aid. On all cycles, our Bosch gets dishes and bowls clean and dry. The only wetness we see are a tiny drop of water here and there if the item has ridges in the dish itself. I will say that when we run the sanitize setting, we rarely see any moisture at all.
