Why do the dishes not dry when I run the heavy cycle? null

I was instructed to open the dishwasher door at the end of the cycle in order to completely dry and sanitize the dishes. Thus far this has worked well.

Hi Alphanov2. Thank you for your question. For the best drying results, we recommend using the Auto Cycle. This allows the sensors in the dishwasher to determine if another wash is necessary or another rinse. Also, using the Sanitize Rinse Option helps in the drying process.
