Can you turn off the end of cycle beep? null

Ignore all responses for this model that tell you you can turn off the beep; you can't. Read on.... For this model, SHX3AR72UC, you cannot turn off the beep feature. If you look at the answer posted by BoschApplicancesUSA you will find this incorrect answer: "A: Hello there, thank you for your question. Yes, the cycle completion signal can be turned off. You can find the instructions on how to do so listed in the Use and Care Manual for this product. By BoschAppliancesUSA 2 years ago" We purchased the dishwasher and after installation discovered the feature is NOT one found on this model. Contrary to what is purportedly an answer from a reliable source, i.e., Bosch itself, the manual does not provide instructions for turning it off, and phone conversations and emails with Bosch verified you cannot turn off the feature, so that beeps do not sound periodically at the end of the cycle. As a side note in an email Bosch seemed to give responsibility for what seems to be its own error (in answering this question incorrectly) to Best Buy, i.e. "We are not sure if it was a mistake or oversite on Best Buy’s website, however, we do recommend if you have any questions and/or concerns regarding their website you should contact them directly. We can only control information that is on our [website] ." Bosch's response is troubling as the erroneous response seems to have come from their representative. Is not Bosch responsible for that? Perhaps Best Buy would care to sort this out? I should add that our brief experience with the dishwasher is all positive, with the sole exception being the end of cycle beeps which annoy my wife. The volume level of the beeps is not loud in my opinion, but different people do hear things differently.
