“Has anyone had an issue where the dishwasher stops and does not drain? I used a wet/dry vac to suck out the water. It worked the first time. Didn't work the next 2 times. Pulled the unit out the first time and cleared the line - nothing stuck. Thoughts??”

Hi HPStaples, thank you for your question regarding Model:SHX3AR75UC. Please ensure that the three part filter system is clean. To clean the filter: Unscrew the Large Object Trap and remove the entire filter system. Remove the microfilter from the fine filter for easier cleaning. Rinse the filters under running water and use a soft brush to clean. Note: do not use abrasive brushes or steel wool, etc., as they may damage the filter. Reinstall the filter system in reverse sequence and lock into place by screwing the Large Object Trap until the marking arrows align.
