• Hi Carol, thank you for your question regarding Model:SHXM4AY55N. Per the Use and Care Manual: Terminating the wash cycle (Reset): Terminating the wash cycle 1. Press and hold Start button for approximately 3 seconds until the display reads 0:01. 2. Wait about 1 minute while the dishwasher drains. 3. Press On/Off button . You may now power the dishwasher back on and begin a new cycle if desired.
