- Answer Hi Rawdeal. Thank you for your question. Bosch dryers use a NEMA 14 - 30 (4 prong), 240 V plug, with a 63" cord, which is located on the top left of the dryer on the back side.

- Answer Hi Sparky. Thank you for your question. The washer is designed to plug into the dryer. The dryer does have a four prong plug, however, it can be changed to a three prong plug and cord. The instructions for changing to a three prong are in the Installation Guide and Use and Care Manual.

- Answer Hi Njgirl. Thank you for your question. The 300 Series Washer is designed to plug into the dryer. If used separately you will need to have an electrician install a Nema 6-15 R Outlet as the washer does come with a 240V; NEMA 6-15 (3 prong) plug power attached.

- Answer The preset wash cycles are very long. The laundry is exceptionally clean. The dryer cycles are very long. Often I have to run it for 2-3 hours.

- Answer You can’t. You must switch out the receptacle but be aware that the washer uses 240v, just like the dryer, not 110v like American washers which means you must also upgrade your wiring for that new receptacle.

- Answer Could it be a blown fuse? Did you check to make sure the voltage of the machine was a match for your home outlet? Read the washer manual & hopefully you’ll get some answers. You should also call the store you bought it from & call Bosch directly. This is the number on my Bosch’s website, 1-800-944-2904. Good luck!
