The Bosch D/W holds a very large load and has an adjustable "top" rack for glasses, etc. The very top tray for large utensils is a nice feature. I find it accommodates my dishes when I cook a big meal for my family of five.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are not entirely happy with the 300. We had had an 800, and after a pump went out we decided to replace it - especially in this time of COVID. We felt that another 800 was overkill, but decided on the 300 because the 500 was given a worse review in Consumer Reports. It feels like the 300 takes longer than we are used to and does not clean quite as well. But it's still quite quiet. I believe the dishwasher will easily clean 12 place settings. We can fit 15 plates can fit in the bottom rack, in back. Front right will hold 12 small plates, and front left will hold 8 bowls. But, if you're cleaning 12 place settings, you've probably got pots and pans to go in as well.
