“After reading reviews im confused as Bosch did not answer the concern that the description says 3rd rack but some of the people say the ADA does not come with a third rack. Does this dishwasher come with a third rack as advertised or not?”

• No, the third rack is a sharp knife holder! It's maybe 12" by 5 inches!
