I have the same issue. Mine are matching washer and dryer. Purchased them brand new from Lowe’s, three years ago and have never had completely dry clothes with this model.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey Chuck, I understand your frustration at buying a new dryer that doesn't seem to dry well. However, I would look at your washer, in this case. I have both the Bosch 300 washer and dryer and the washer on high-speed spin (the normal speed) leaves the clothes almost dry to the touch. This is what the dryer is "expecting", you might say. If your clothes are wetter than that, it is going to take a longer time to dry. If you have a washer that doesn't leave your clothes very dry, you might try giving them an extra spin, to get more water out of them before drying. Also, I found that the expectation from Bosch is that the clothes will be damp-dry, and when you take them out, the residual warmth will finish drying them, which I think is a crock. I always dry at the +2 or +3 dryness level so my clothes are pretty much dry when they finish. Not overdry, but not damp. It does take longer to dry than a regular dryer, even with the matching washer. Hope this helps. Gary
