No, the grounding cable is not included with this unit.

Per the Use and Care Guide/Installation Instructions, If the ground wire shown in the installation instructions on step 11, below from N to PE is not part of the 3-wire cord assembly you have, it must be obtained/purchased separately and it must be installed.
