I had a similar issue with the ice dispenser not working. If it's still under warranty call Bosch directly and have them send an authorized repair man. If you call someone to look at the ice maker, they probably won't be able to figure out what's wrong, which will negate any chance of having Bosch fix your ice dispenser. Mine still doesn't work and the repair person couldn't figure out why.
