Does this dishwasher have a built in air gap? null

Depends on the size of your opening. This is the 3rd dishwasher in this space and they all seem to fit the same.

Hi Vince, thank you for your question and interest in Model:SHPM65Z55N. This Dishwasher does not have a built in air gap. The dishwasher drain hose may be connected to the drain plumbing using an air gap in one of two ways: Connect to the under sink dishwasher drain connection. Connect to a disposer dishwasher drain connection. If local codes don't require an air gap this can also be installed using a high loop.
