- Answer Question is confusing. "What type of special outlet is needed for this washer" while equipment referenced is electric dryer. Manuals for the Bosch washer and dryer are available for download online to include publications for installation. Manual recommends installation by qualified installer and outlines 4-wire and 3-wire power supply cord requirements. Note a special mounting bracket is needed to stack the washer and dryer.

QuestionI currently have a vented B and they no longer make that- I am concerned about putting a ventless dryer side by side will by house be filled with moisture? I wont be able to connect the hose to the washer since it is side by side. Will I be happy?

QuestionSo we finally got our washer dryer installed and stacked and the installation crew woild it swap the chords I have a three prong outlet and and an odd looking 4 prong chord. What now?

- Answer I assume by now you have solved this issue. There are instructions in the manual for what to do which involves opening up the washer top I believe but if the installation crew don’t know how to do it an electrician will be needed. We addressed this issue when we ordered and the installation crew came prepared.

QuestionHas anyone else had trouble plugging the washer into the back of the dryer? Is there a trick with these European plugs to lock in place? Feels like something is in the way at the outlet on back of dryer. Goes in, but won't stay in.

QuestionHi All, What size comforter/duvet are you able to fit comfortably & clean well? My biggest concern is being able to wash king size - that likely being the largest single item. Will they handle a complete set of queen or king sheets in one load? Thank you!

QuestionI have a 500 Series compact laundry on order, and my contractor is modifying a closet for it. Does the dryer exhaust moisture into the air or is it just warm dry air? Contractor said if it's dry he doesn't have to vent through roof, but if damp he has to.

- Answer You can't vent something that has no vent. The heat it generates is dry and you need to keep the cabinet/closet door open as it gets almost too hot to touch on the sides.
