Q: QuestionIs the light facing the cooktop in the middle, is it LED and can it be programmed to turn on and off during set times during the day?

• A:Answer Hi Charlie, thanks for your question and interest in model # HMV8054U. Yes, The appliance is equipped with a cooking surface light, to light the surface underneath the appliance. The surface light is facing the cooktop in the middle, and it is LED. There is not an option where you can program the surface light to turn on and off automatically at certain times.

Q: QuestionI plan on mounting this on a cabnet that is against a wall. How much space is required so the microwave door by the hinge will not hit the wall when opening?

Q: Questionwe have an 800 series 1.8 cu ft model hmv8053u which is now shutting off and tripping the breaker everytime. someone said to check the fuse inside the microwave is this a possible cause? i am very disappointed in this
