QuestionHow many inches do you need in front of the fridge to be able to pull out the freezer drawer comfortably? We have a wall on the opposite side of where the fridge will be located so want to make sure its not a tight squeeze.

- Answer The drawer pulls out about 22". So you have to add space for you to stand in front of it. We have about 66" and don't have a problem. Hope this helps.

QuestionHow does the fridge know when it's time to replace the water filter? Is there just a timer that is reset and starts to countdown when I press the button? The app shows "saturation level of water filter" but it doesn't seem there's a sensor to measure smth

- Answer Hi Alexey and thanks for your question. The change filter alarm of the B36CL80ENS is designed to switch on every 6 months on average, however an increase in ice and water consumption will cause the change filter alarm to activate earlier.

- Answer Hi nicole, thank you for your question and interest in Model:B36CL80ENS. The middle drawer is 11" H x 35 5/8" W x 28 3/4" D. Many customers do like the middle drawer as it has two compartments and can give access to children's snacks and drinks without opening the main refrigerator.

QuestionDoes the Series 800 B36CL80ENS refrigerator have wheels on it for easy moving and cleaning?” is it on 4 wheels or 2 - front or rear? concern about scratching the flooring if when moving. Please provide photo if available.

- Answer It does have wheels and rolled right in place. I have porcelain tile floors and did not have scratching issues. I would add- there are two front feet near the wheels that you have to screw down to elevate the front of the fridge ever so slightly so the doors close easily.

- Answer it does dent easily- I live alone, but it was dented when they moved it in and has gotten a few more dimples. i Have not had the water leak and i use the water dispenser daily

QuestionFreezer is set to 0, actual temperature is 1-2 deg F. How much ice should the unit make. Over 3 days, measured 7 cubes every 50-60 minutes which translates to 3 lbs. of ice per day. The bin appears to hold close to 8 lbs of ice. Ice rate seems low to me?

- Answer The back wall is stainless steel, as is the Flex Bar. The four shelves (each are half the width of the refrigerator) are independently adjustable for height, but they do not have a split/slider feature to create room for taller items. The Flex Bar, like the shelves, can be placed at different height locations within the refrigerator.

- Answer The top of the fridge is 72”. The bottom is only 1” from the floor which takes getting used to because it hits your toes if you’re barefoot.
