QuestionMy vegetables and fruit are freezing. The temperature reads 32 degrees on both bins. How do I change this setting to 34 or 35 degrees which is plenty cold enough. I'm tired of having to throw my fruit and veggies in the trash from freezing.

QuestionLooking to replace Viking Professional VCB363 with a Bosch 800 series. It is in an enclosed cabinet with cutout dimensions(HWD) as 83.25 by 35.5 by 24 inches. I see two different Bosch models: B36CT8OSNS and B36CT8OSNB. What is difference?

- Answer The SNS model is traditional stainless steel finish. The SNB model is black stainless finish. The SNS is Made in China. Ask me how I know.

Appliance dimensions with hinges, handles and doors: (HxWxD) (in.) 72"* x 35 5/8" x 31 1/8". Appliance dimensions without hinges and doors: (HxWxD) (in.) 71 1/2" x 35 5/8" x 24"**.Appliance dimensions with hinges and doors, no handles: (HxWxD)(in.) 72"* x 35 5/8" x 28 3/4". Required cutout size: (HxWxD) (in.) 72" x 36" x 25". *When leveling legs are fully extended, add 5/8" to overall height, total 72 5/8". **The cutout depth of 25" includes the required 1" airflow. The electrical covers on the back of unit do not require additional depth.

- Answer Handles protrude 2" exactly (all 3). Unit depth is 28-1/2" with plastic assemblies on the back for a total depth with handles of 30-1/2". It is not 24".

QuestionWe purchased the waterline kit for this fridge from Best Buy when we purchased the fridge. The Totaltech crew said that the Bosch refrigerator has a 3/8” opening from the fridge and the waterline kit comes with a 1/4” opening. Which is it?

Switch off the appliance. 2. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Unplug the power plug or switch off the circuit breaker in the fuse box. 3. Reconnect the appliance after 5 minutes. 4. Switch on the appliance. 5. If the fault persists, please call customer service at 1-800-944-2904.

QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the Ice Bin/Tray in the freezer? Can it be replaced with smaller Ice Bin?

You might be able to try a smaller size, however this is designed to catch all of the ice that the ice maker delivers. In fact, if needed, the ice bin can be removed and the entire top tray can be used for ice.

QuestionAre these zero clearance doors? My cutout is exactly 36" wide. However, one side is a wall protruding 30", i.e. a good deal more than the depth of the fridge. Am I going to have trouble opening the doors to 90 degrees or below?
