No. The installation cost does not include installation of the panel. I had a custom panel made for our Bosch. The installation wasn't difficult (a drill to make some pilot holes and a screwdrive).r. Your panel made for the GE dishwasher might match the Bosch, so a drill wouldntt be necassy. The panel install (including triple checking my measurements) took less than 40 minutes. Good Luck.
