Think it's pretty weird that Best Buy can't answer these questions...but...there's a rubber sound dampening piece that hangs down in the area of the toe kick and mine came with the black metal toe kick installed BEHIND the rubber piece. Installer didn't know that and thought I didn't have one so they ordered one and when arrived to install found it behind the black rubber piece. Then the black rubber piece just slips into the top of the toe kick and slightly drapes.
