• I think it depends on your local store and current perks from the manufacturer. I was able to get "free" delivery because my local store policy includes this for any purchase over a certain price level. I was also able to get "free" installation because Bosch offered it with certain models (like the one I bought) at the time of purchase.

• I believe delivery and installation are free, but you should be aware there may be some extra charges for things like connection kits, GFI sockets (if not pre-existing), and haul away of old dishwasher.
