I love this product. Easy to use. Extremely quiet. Squeaky clean dishes. Softened water with easy to fill salt container. Huge capacity holder for rinse aide and notification if supply is low. Countdown for completion of cycle easy to see. Express 30 min cycle is perfect.

It works great, I'd buy it again, and I'd recommend it to a friend. Most importantly, this dishwasher cleans the dishes really well, and it is very quiet. The dishwasher has a built in water softener, but dishwasher type softener salt was not available locally. A water hardness test kit was supposed to be included, but was not, so I had to buy one. The manual is not the best. The installer was excellent, and right on time. We use the Finish brand salt, soap tablets, and rinse aid, and it all works great.

I did a huge amount of research on dishwashers and decided that Bosch and Kitchen Aid are the best. After all the research, I found out that dishwashers have gotten bigger since I last bought one, and most models were about one inch too tall to fit in my kitchen. Luckily, Bosch had a model that was small enough to fit. The performance is great. Dishes are sparkling clean, dry well, and it is so quiet I can barely hear it running. The LCD controls are on the front, which I like because they're easy to see. The display shows how much time is left in the cycle. You can preset the dishwasher to start from 1 hour to 24 hours later, and the time remaining till start is displayed. There is a third rack at the top for small, flat items and you can place silverware there between small slots that hold them in place, or you can put your silverware in a basket on the bottom rack. The middle rack can be raised or lowered and tines can be moved up or down to provide more space. There are several cycles available, including a rinse only cycle, high-temp sanitary cycle and a cycle to do a half load. There is also a water softener incorporated into the dishwasher, which I really like, because I have hard water. This dishwasher also has the AquaStop feature which prevents leaking or flooding and works 24/7. This is a great dishwasher for a single person or small family. The inside racks are at least 20% smaller than the racks in other dishwashers. Partly this is because Bosch is a European company, and they use smaller plates in Europe, and this model was specifically for people who don't have a lot of room for a dishwasher. It works well for me because I'm single and it took me way too long to fill up a large dishwasher. So, it's a great unit, but definitely not for a large family. I

I am not a big fan of dishwashers because I feel like they don't clean that well...until we got this one. It's compact but you can fit a lot inside. It even has an extra rack at the top to put utensils/ knives in. Other dishwashers only have the utensil basket/ bin. It is so quiet! We initially thought it was not working. It's able to get the grime off and the dishes are clean! We usually run our dishwasher once a month but lately we've been running it at least once a week. No more washing dishes by hand. I highly recommend this product!

I have only done two loads so far and have already been very impressed with it's features as well as it's cleaning power! I love the adjustable racks and the third rack for flatwear and serving utensils. Love the wine glass holders, drop down cup racks, small item clips and covered utensil removable basket and flip down tines for flexibility in loading. I loaded the washer with dried on food without rinsing for my first load and washed it on the Express setting Half Load. Everything looked great and was cleaned perfectly. I am impressed.

We bought this dishwasher because of the Bosch name, it was rated very quiet and it came with free installation. The Best Buys installers did an excellent job of pulling out our old machine and putting in this one. They were on time and fast as well as professional. This machine does an excellent job of cleaning our dishes, stainless wear and pots, pans and bowls. Very happy.

We got this dishwasher because our old one, a KitchenAid finally stopped working. Pros: - really quiet - I like the express cycle, in just 30 minutes dishes are clean. Cons: - inside racks feel kind of cheap - doesn't seem to hold as much as our old dishwasher, but I don't mind that much since I can just use the express cycle and wash more often - dishes take longer to air-dry for some reason, not sure why Overall, it is a good, solid dishwasher and I'm still getting used to it.

After quite a bit of research and comparing brands we opted to go for this Bosch unit. There were lower priced Bosch options but there were a few recurring reviews that turned us off to them. We bought this without having even seen it in the store and it turned out to be a great choice. The top rack for silverware is great and the adjustable height upper rack allows us to still fit the majority of our taller cups which is nice. The unit it incredibly quiet... in fact the only clue that it is running is the noise from our drain from time to time as it drains. It does a far better job than our previous GE unit which we didn't think was all that bad until seeing the comparison.

This was not my first choice for D/W, though I had chosen another Bosch. Because of the Geek Squads inexperience in appliance installation, they said the first Bosch wouldn't fit. Was told to get an American made D/W. I bought a KitchenAid. The Squad couldn't put it in. Said the only one I could use was this 800 Series Bosch. This was incorrect; if the final installation company had done the original job, I would have had my first choice of D/W. I am willing to settle for this one after the 5 week battle to get one installed. I am still trying to get my tile floor repaired where The Geek Squad said I had to chip it out!!

Wow, super quiet! Compared to my old machine this thing is crazy how well it cleans everything. Using the recommended detergent, rinse aid and salt and no spots. Everything is crystal clear.

The only problem I have with it is that the sensor saying that it needs salt is always on even though I have put salt in it. I looked online and then called the help hotline. They said to do a hard reset which is to unplug the machine for 30 minutes and plug it back in. It didn’t work. So I make sure to check the salt level myself since the indicator doesn’t work. Other than that, the dishwasher works very well.

This is a pretty solid dishwasher. I love the third rack. We use it for our silverware. It takes a little extra time to load, but it is worth it to have the extra space.

We love the new Bosch dishwasher. It's more spacious and fits more dishes than anticipated and cleans them all effectively. Perhaps even better is its quiet operational hum. I could do a load of dishes while serving company in the dining room and doubt the low noise would distract from conversation. Quite a welcome difference from the old one.

I had a "high end" dishwasher (not a Bosch; an Asko, a Swedish line) before buying this one and it was one long big disappointment. While it never worked well, by the time I was done with it, if I had the least bit of peanut butter on a spoon it wouldn't come out clean. Now, I'm enjoying using the dishwasher--and--it's amazingly quiet compared to what I was used to. My only negative is not about the dishwasher itself but the people Best Buy hired to deliver it to me. First, I paid for the "haul off" service and was told that if I want them to haul off my old one, I need to have pulled it from the wall, etc. Next I was sold a connection kit which I did not need. Which was a good thing since half the things that were supposed to be in the kit were inexplicably missing. So, while YES--I do love this dishwasher, please ask plenty of Qs if you are expecting the Best Buy delivery guys to be of help to you. I can honestly say its the single worst customer service I've experienced. And I truly hope this experience is never "topped'.

I have had this dishwasher for a couple of months and really like it. Every dish has come out clean - not a speck of food residue. The dishes are dry when I remove them (I have not had an issue with drying as other reviewers have.). The controls are easy to use and the configuration inside is flexible for my needs. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

This is the same model we bought 3 yrs ago when we moved into our home. Now we have sold our home and built another so we bought another Bocsh. You won’t believe how quite this dishwasher is. No way of knowing it is running without looking at the panel. The only thing Bocsh dishwashers don’t have is a food disposal. We had a disposal on a different brand at one time and it was not all that terrific. With the Bosch you’ll need to remove the chunks from the dishes but that’s it. It does a really good job cleaning. One thing that does help too is we use a water softener. Like the LG Gas Range we bought at the same time we are not impressed at all with the sales staff at Pacific. Been there more a couple times and dealt with different associates each time and neither time did they come to us to see if we needed help nor did they want to be there.

Our Bosch dishwasher is AMAZING! Love the built in water softener, so worth the extra money. Our dishes are spotless and have never been so clean. Super quiet and efficient, and very spacious. Love the look and easy to use.
