“Is there space in the bottom rack for a cookie sheet? In the 500 series Bosch that we own, there is not enough vertical space between the bottom rack and the middle rack to place a larger cookie sheet (or cutting board) on its side in the bottom rack.”

Hi Tom, thanks for your question and interest in model #SHXM88Z75N. This dishwasher has the RackMatic® feature, where the height of the upper rack can be adjusted to create more space. The maximum height for items loaded in the lower rack is 12.6 inches. Tall baking sheets should be placed on the lower rack's right side or center to keep the vent hole on the tub's left side clear. The upper and lower racks are fitted with flip tines that can be folded down depending on what you may need to load in the rack. This unit also includes an extra tall item sprinkler. This is where the upper rack can be removed and the large item spray head is inserted into the upper rack spray outlet.
