“We got this oven about a year ago and my only complaint is it’s VERY loud. Especially when cooling down. Does this mean mine has a bad fan or are they all this loud??”

Mine also has a pretty loud fan. I haven't even tried the convection mode.

Per the Use and Care Manual, Cooling Fan: The cooling fan runs during all cooking modes. The fan can be heard when it is running, and warm air may be felt as it is released from the oven vent.
