• A:Answer Hi Ace, thanks for your question. When selecting the desired heat level of the NET8668UC the elements can be set between heat level 1 (minimum power) to heat level 9 (maximum power), and each heat setting has an intermediate level as well.

• A:Answer Joey - see page 3 of the spec sheet. Per my contractor (who happens to be here and will be installing this cook-top in about 2 weeks), 37" (width) x 21.26" (depth) is what's on the spec sheet. We'll be installing granite counter tops so "your measurements may vary" medium depending. good luck!

Q: QuestionCan you vent this stove top down. I do not want an overhead vent

• A:Answer Ask your contractor. I suspect that if he's creative enough he can engineer a venting system which pulls from the back (back splash) edge of the cook top, perhaps 3 - 4inches high and running the width of this cook top. Locate an existing grille/cover and build around that. Putting it to either side probably doesn't work because of debris that would fall down while cooking. We're replacing a JennAir cook top that had the center based exhaust system so the burners were placed either side of the venting system, point being it was out of the work area. Good luck!
