“Hello, I was hoping to put these above our outdoor spa as it it getting a bit too much to cart out my HK audio system every time although the sound is awesome. Can they be run via the sonos amp without a hard wired speaker cable connection?”

Hello. Thank you for your question! The 251 Environmental Speakers can connect to most receiver/amplifiers. For a wireless connection to your amp, you will need a 3rd-party wireless speaker adapter kit. Here is an example that would work: http://bit.ly/2xJahcv . We hope this helps!
