QuestionI am having issues with the subwoofer popping and cracking when playing a movie... I had the same problem with the previous unit and it was exchanged.... It just started doing it again a year after I purchased... How can this be corrected???

- Answer Hello Robin, Please try to reset your subwoofer as well as your soundbar by unplugging everything from power for a few minutes. I would also suggest to remove any potential electronic devices nearby that could cause interference, such as microwave, smart lights... - Answer Our S1 Pro and S1 Pro+ speakers can have microphones connected to them. Our Soundbars and Bass Modules are not designed for microphones to be connected.
