“Will it pair and work with a ipod touch 4th gen and my cell phone at the same time? I want to use it to be able to be listening to podcasts on my ipod and when a call comes in answer it, (or make a phone call), and when I hang up it will go back to the podcast. Will it do this or will it be like my jawbone era in that if you make a call (especially via the voice dial) it disrupts the ad2p streaming and won't go back to the podcast. Usually if you just answer the call it will go back to podcast, but not always Also, can you pause and release the pause for the podcast from the headset, or would you have to go back to the ipod for it to pause and not either be playing the podcast nor be making a call. Do you hear the ring in the bluetooth, or do you have to hear the ring from the phone itself? (my phone won't ring very loud so that's one reason I wear a headset so I won't miss my calls.) Will it stay put in your ear without falling out, because it doesn't have anything that goes around the ear? I know it's supposed to, but does it really, or does it keep falling out and you lose it?”

To clarify, the BT2 headset DOES support the A2DP protocol. It also supports “multipoint” mode which allows you to have it connected to multiple devices at one time. Unfortunately, any device running iOS 5 will not automatically reroute audio to the headset when the call is ended. The workaround is to turn the headset off and back on, and then manually resume playback on the device itself. When your phone rings, you will hear it in the headset only and not the phone. The phone would be routing all audio to the BT2 headset. In addition, the headset is not designed to control any functions of the iPod other than volume. Thanks for the questions!

You would hear it ring, if you have it on, and your phone rings. Everything fits inside the ear, there is no outside part, and it doesn't fall out.
