“Battery life & replacement question If it has a 4.5 hour battery life and im going to be charging every day that means atleast 365 battery cycles per year. How many years might the battery maintain its full capacity? 500 cycles? 1000 cycles? Apple laptop batterys i remember quote 1000 cycles and some external battery packs state 500 cycles. And if it does lose its capacity will the battery be replaced free of charge by Bose beyond the 1-2 years? Its probably not that relevant as hopefully series 3 will be out then... But its one of the most expensive headsets on the market so wanting more than 1.5 years good battery capacity is not unreasonable...”

Loose one business deal because you decided to go with a headset that dropped a call and you will realize how foolish your theory is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bose replaced my headset when it stopped charging just a few days out of warranty. I emailed them about the problem. They were very gracious and promptly sent a replacement.
