• Ringtones are not customizable when using our Bluetooth headset. All incoming calls will be identified in the headset by a chime style tone. Thank you for the question.

• No, the headset only beeps, it does not play the ringtone sound in your ear.

• Do you mean, will you hear the same ringtone in your headset as you have set for the phone? I do. And this is with multiple ringtones for different callers. Apple iPhone 5.
