“Is this ear bud the type that fits in the ear or does it have a clip? I have trouble finding an ear piece that fits without falling out. I need to use this often and while moving so I need an ear clip that holds it to my ear.”

I have mine in place all day long and even being very active during the day, I have never had it fall out of my ear. It neither has nor needs an ear clip to stay in place as long as you use the proper silicone rubber earpiece with it. The unit comes with 3 different sizes.
