• Setup different ring tones / text tones for the people you want to talk to and then the default so you can tell the differance. Ring tones come through headset so it's easy to tell a freind or coworker you want to talk to and all others can roll over to VM...

• Thanks for your question! Though the Bose Bluetooth Series 2 headset will not tell you who is calling, you can reject an incoming call by holding the call button for three seconds.
