You can not change the battery in the devise. Contact Bose for a replacement. My battery has yet to run out and I use my earpiece constantly. Phone calls to directions on my GPS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it is in warranty, return it otherwise, the best solution is to take it to a Bose store or you can contact customer service through the Bose website. I have used customer service in the past and they are very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to reset your Bose ear piece...I showed how to do this on one of my other comments..this will help... I will explain again real quick... Take your phone delete the Bose from the phone..then shut off phone... Next turn on Bose ear piece... when you get a light... Press the call button, and the minus volume button at the same time for like 10 seconds..this will reset the Bose... then turn on your phone and go through set up... this will give you more battery time ..this should work..it did for me ..These are directions they should have put in their manual...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is obviously defective. Mine last an entire working day. Or you may wanna try conditioning the battery by drain it and fully charge 3 times. If it doesn't work, trust me, Bose will take care of it.
