• Yes, you will be able to use it there. I just checked the manual and it has power rating for international at 220VAC-240VAC~50/60 Hz.

• No, the one in US only works with 110V plug. You will need a power adapter to convert from 220V to 110v before using it.

• Companion 5 systems sold within the United States are strictly 120 volt systems. You could connect them to a step down transformer to convert the voltage from 220V to 120V. Thanks!
