QuestionDo you charge with the case open or closed? The reason I'm asking is because after closing the case for several hours and then turning it on I get the battery low message. Thanks

- Answer Hey Drezzy. Thank you for your question! When using the SoundSport wireless charging case to charge your headphones, the case may be open or zippered close. The SoundSport headphones can be charged in the case using the built-in micro USB cable. Allow up to 2 hours for the headphones to fully charge. Once the headphones are fully charged, the battery indicator light will turn green. QuestionWhen i charge my ear buds, the case blinks orange and then it stops blinking shortly after same goes for the case.Could there be a problem with the charging case? Buds don't get a full charge from the case and case doesn't full charge from the wall charge

- Answer I did a quick search on the Bose website and I didn't see that there was an $80 version even available. This is the only Soundsport charger listed on their website as well as Best Buy's. Compare the SKUs or model to make sure that it is not the same thing selling at a much higher price.

QuestionHow do you know when the charging case needs to be charged? I have the case that comes with the Soundsport Free (looks different than above) - there are LED lights next to each of the ports that hold each earbud but how do I know when to charge the case?

- Answer Hi, thanks for the question. The SoundSport Free charging case has 5 led lights that will count down as the battery drains. When the lights go down to 2 or 1 its time to recharge! Hope that helped! Tony-Bose Support

- Answer I don't have the equipment to measure that but if you charge your Bose Soundsport headphone when it has been fully discharged, it will give you about one additional hour of playing time.

- Answer So I purchased 2 of these cases, as my husband and I both have a pair of the SoundSport Free earbuds. These cases do not work with the ear buds. I took the earbuds and the cases to my local Best Buy store, in case I was missing something on how to connect them, and they said the cases are only compatible with the wireless SoundSport not the SoundSport earbuds.

- Answer The "most helpful" answer to this question is INCORRECT, at least for the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Earbuds! I followed the advice of the last person to answer this question and bought a Replacement Charging Case on eBay. It arrived over the weekend. It charges my Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Earbuds perfectly and once charged, they paired to my device without any issues.
