The Bose store at Wrentham Premium Outlets. I bought the Hearphones and really like them. The tech support is really lacking. Hardly any real info on the net.

If you buy them for the same reasons as we did and end up returning them then that would be very surprising and perhaps you were using them incorrectly.

The first pair was defective and almost ruined my hearing with unexpected feedback/screeching. We returned them and have another 30 days to try them, but I suspect they will be returned as well.
