“Will this music amplifier allow me to connect 4 outdoor speakers and "zone" the setup? I currently have the 900 series soundbar with surrond speakers and 700 subwoofer and would like to sync indoor and outdoor for playing music.”

yes, with the app Bose music you can select what to play in each zone or play the same music in your 900 series sound bar or Bose amp. all the speakers connected directly to bose amp, play only one selection.

Please try again later.yes the amplifier can connect 2 pairs of outdoor speakers, but cannot zone separately they play at once, also you would need a subwoofer to get the real sound out of that amplifier. the 900 sound bar is good but also needs a subwoofer to push it to its limit. Now you can group them from the Bose app or apple air play to play music indoor and out door, The amplifier and subwoofer has to be installed under a covered porch to be outside and will have to be taken in during winter the out door speakers can stay if they are made for outdoors. The way mine is set up is the 900 sound bar and subwoofer connected to my TV. and the amplifier and subwoofer under my covered porch. hoping this may help making your decisions
