• A:Answer Bose Soundbars, Surrounds and Bass Modules, pretty much work with any and all other Bose, but they already can pair/sync-up through the Bose Music App. I had wanted to do a similar thing, make the ultimate home theater experience, and spent so much time researching connectivity, and didn't realize Bose released software updates allowing for easy seamless connection. I have Soundbar 700 wall mounted on top of my 65 OLED, Soundbar 600 as my "rear/surround" speaker, Bose TV Speaker set to the Left side, a Bass Module 700 on both sides of the room, a Bass Module 500 under the bed, and 1 set of Bose Virtually Invisible Rear 300 Surrounds, they all work together, they can be turned on or off or synced up individually, Bose Music App is a beast and they work flawlessly. This is all for a small bedroom and it is way overkill, but it was my gift to myself after getting 5 years clean in Recovery. After experiencing a system like this, with out of this world performance and earth shaking bass (stranger things x 2 Bass Module 700's = Intense) you won't be able to go back.

Q: QuestionI have a Bose Model AV28 Media Center that has 4 wired in ceiling speakers and one large woofer separately - CD player no longer works. What amplifier/system can I replace it with to use existing wiring and speakers to play multiple media?

Q: QuestionI currently have the Bose SoundTouch SA-4 and looking to upgrade the amp to the Bose Music Amplifier. Can I use the same speakers I have on the Sa-4 with this amp?

Q: QuestionWhen I connect another (non-Bose) amplifier (I tried with different models) with an RCA cable to the Line out of the Bose amplifier, I get no signal from it. Does the line out work only if I connect another Bose amplifier?

• A:Answer Hi Mario. Yes, it works only with the same Bose Music amplifier. The first amp is set up as a “main” amp and then subsequent amps can be connected as “supplemental” amps using the analog line-in/line-out connectors on the back of the amp. Only the “main” amp will show up in the app, but it will control all of the downstream “supplemental” amps and play the same content.

Q: QuestionWill this music amplifier allow me to connect 4 outdoor speakers and "zone" the setup? I currently have the 900 series soundbar with surrond speakers and 700 subwoofer and would like to sync indoor and outdoor for playing music.

• A:Answer yes, with the app Bose music you can select what to play in each zone or play the same music in your 900 series sound bar or Bose amp. all the speakers connected directly to bose amp, play only one selection.

Q: QuestionI purchased the Bose 700 system. Will the Ampe work on that. And will it put stress on the speakers themselves to where they don’t last as long

• A:Answer Hi Thedon. The Amp itself is to be used with passive speakers. However, if you want it to be grouped with your Soundbar 700, it is possible with the use of Bose Music app.
