- Answer It comes with a USB charging cable but not the adapter. Isn't a problem for me, I've collected numerous charges for various devices.

- Answer Acoustic Noise Cancelling and Aware mode will work regardless of what type of phone the QC20s are plugged into. The inline microphone and three-button remote of the QC20 headphones are designed for use with either select Apple products or select Samsung Galaxy Smartphones. Other functionality may be limited, as follows: basic audio playback and answer/end will function normally, but additional track, volume and voice controls will not function

- Answer This would be a personal comfort issue but I do use it while exercising. However, if you sweat a lot it may get uncomfortable as the ear tips are silicone and do not wick sweat. But if your concern is staying in position, just pick the right size tips (they come with 3 different sizes) and you should not have an issue.

- Answer Yes! Our QC20 headphones are compatible with any device that features a standard 3.5mm headphone jack on it. This includes most Android phones and all iPads. Thanks!

- Answer Mine work fine with my Windows 10 PC. I don't know about the smart phone. I've also found that they work fine with an iPhone as well but the function buttons behave a little differently. Volume up/down works fine.

As for the PS4, you can use the QC20 headphones to hear game audio by connecting to the 3.5mm output on the controller. QuestionWhen plugged into an Apple device which features will stop working? Mic? some of the buttons?

- Answer The mic will work fine as will the volume control and the pause button. I found that the double click feature to advance to the next song didn't seem to work as well on an iPhone as it does on the Android, but it did still work.
