“The mode button on my headphones does not work. My husband brought it back and got a new one and this one does not work either. I turned +it on but it will not go up or down in volume nor will it pause.....help! I have it plugged in to my i phone”

If you have the Android version of the headphones, that may explain the issue that you are experiencing. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Silly question but are you sure you have purchased the IPhone version of the qc20? The android version is similar but may not operate correctly on iPhone. I had the same issue with my android when I accidently picked up an iPod version years ago.
