If you are looking specifically for noise-cancellation headphones, these would currently be the best option. If you are looking for better durability, specifically sweat-resistance, we'd recommend taking a look at our SoundSport line of headphones. QuestionI just received my QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones and my wife can hear the music that I am playing through my headphones which is annoying. Am I not wearing the headphones correctly?I don't have anything else on, hat or glasses etc.. Is there a fix?

- Answer First, make sure the bluetooth is on the Bose headphone and on from the device your playing the music. Connect (Pair) both by reading the instructions on the manual. If that doesn't work then try connecting the Bose headphone wired to the device your playing the music from. If you get no sound from either one then read the trouble shooting guide on the manual. It could be a dead battery. If all fails then you may have a defective Bose heaphone.

- Answer If they are turned on, they are in Noise Cancelling mode....They can be used powered off and get sound out of them, wired to your device with the included cable. I've never tried it this way.

QuestionI bought these to listen to audiobooks @ work. I hoped it'd block out co-worker conversations.They didn't help, though. Could I be doing something wrong or is the ANC primarily for music? Any headphone suggestions to block noise & listen to audiobooks?

- Answer I would recommend the Bose® - Soundtrue® Ultra In-ear Headphones. They are in ear but comfortable enough to wear all day. I use them at work and they cut out all noise.

QuestionHow can i listen to this headset without using its power?I've recently purchased this headset and its working great! But i was curious of how may i listen to it without using its battery (ANC Feature) , incase I would like to save it for something later on. I've heard that you can listen to it when it has no power but it must be connected to a cord. Does that feature only work when the headset has 0% battery? If not, please show me how. Thank you

- Answer The battery is built in and can not be replaced. I was told by Bose it should last at least 100 charge cycles. I use mine an average of two hours a day and can go nearly two weeks between charges.

- Answer Whether or not you will hear a baby crying from the other room depends on such things such whether you are listening to music at the time, how solid the walls are in your house, and whether or not the door to the next room is closed. In general wearing these headphones has about the same effect as putting your fingers in your ears; outside noises don't completely disappear but they are very muffled. I wear these headphones while studying and can still hear things around me, but the noise level is very reduced and less distracting. The headphones use a micro USB cable to charge. If you lose the cable that comes with the headphones any micro USB cable will do and replacements cables can be purchased for a few dollars. Most of the time I charge my headphones by plugging them into my cellphone charger or a USB port on my laptop. on a side note, the sound quality of these headphones is absolutely amazing! I have been using them on a daily basis for about 2 years and don't know how I ever lived without them.

QuestionAny way to increase mic volume in the headset when talking on the phone? I know that the volume & clarity is v good on receiver's end, but my voice is muffled.

- Answer You can't use the APP on the PC do not buy as gaming headphones. They will give you no end to frustration on the hands free mode. The little boom mic that plugs in will also fail even if you are very careful with it. Assuming the lowest quality was taken for this mic. I did pay full retail for them and wish the unwired use would not pipe the sound from the mic into your ears.
