A:AnswerI think you mean the normal 3.5mm jack/cable which you use when Bluetooth wireless is not available. Yes this cable is included with the QC45 as well as the QC35II.
A:AnswerThey can hold 8 devices in memory and once you turn on your headphones it will tell you the name of the device its paired to. If you need one of your other devices just slide the Bluetooth switch within 2 seconds to have it cycle through your connected devices until it says the name of the one you want. Its actually pretty easy!
A:AnswerNo. The USB C port on the headphones is just for charging. I confirmed this by connecting the headphones to my Galaxy S10 by USB C cable. Sound comes through the phone speaker, not the headphones.
A:AnswerYes, We suggest after extended use, you wipe your cushions down with a lightly dampened cloth and store your headphones in their case with the provided Silica gel packets to draw off excess moisture to extend the life of your ear cushions.
A:AnswerI woukd expect that you would be able to block out the snoring, and i find them to be very comfortable. I am not sure how sleeping in them would work. They don't clamp to your head very tight and if you moved in the night I am certain the would come off.
A:AnswerWorks directly with my Samsung tv via Bluetooth flawlessly. No issue with audio/video sync at all and the tv remote controls the volume of the headphones when connected even.
A:AnswerI have similar issues and for the most part they help. I would go to a local Best Buy that has this product on display that helped make my decision. They were the best that I could find. In open spaces it doesn’t work the best like outdoors or in public spaces (e.g. malls, airports, etc.) you can still hear noises even though they are pretty muted, but indoor environments (e.g., work spaces, classrooms, cars, at home) they work very well and can’t hear most sounds especially if I’m playing music/white/brown noise through them. It’s definitely not perfect, but it’s the best I could find for the price and I have slept in them several time very comfortable for long wear times
A:AnswerThey will stay on your head and not mess up the sound but they don't breathe so you'll sweat quite a bit in them. They do help a lot with blocking out other gym noise though. Just not sure how much the ear cups would degrade with the sweat. I haven't tried the bose earbuds, but those might be a better try for your needs.
A:AnswerI cut off a 2.5mm plug from a cheap pair of earphones and plugged them in. That way I'm sure BT is off (I use the headphones only for the NC).
If you would like to use BT in another instance you can simply remove the plug.
A:AnswerWithin the USA, all Bose purchases from authorized retailers, including BestBuy, come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Additional information can be found on our website.
A:AnswerThat depends on the TV not the headphones. These headphones can be paired to two different devices via bluetooth and can be switched between them using a switch on the side.
