• Volume cannot be adjusted however you can select between quiet mode or wear mode Etc with a tap on the earbud. You can also select to stop and start music or answer the phone by tapping. There are other customizable features to the headsets

• It has a tap and slide feature. The tap is on either ear for forward backwards and stop, and then the sliding is for the volume.
