The QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds do not have wireless charging. We do offer a wireless charging cover case for the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds and QuietComfort Earbuds II that will protect your earbuds case, and allow wireless and USB-C charging of the earbuds.

I ask because I have been purchasing Bose since 2010: IE2, SIE, qc20/30, etc. 5 years ago quality started to drop. Went through 2 qc20s because the rubber bit that you need to push into so they turn on frayed. 1st one got taken care of under warranty but second one that fell within the year was not. Customer support said it would be $129.99 after a gaslight of 2 weeks of back and forth email/pics. My soundsport free wireless after 2 years didn't start to pick up a charge. Was not the charging case but headphones after testing A $250 ($300) headphone should have wireless charging as standard. The case is sturdy as is and no one cares about a scratch. We care about the headphones Paying an extra 50 seems cheap. Just letting you know what we are all thinking
