- Answer No they are not. You can purchase a warranty (I believe it’s somewhere between $50-100) or you can become a best buy member which gives you a warranty on all products purchased through them.

- Answer I went into all three of the Best Buy stores within 35 miles of my home, and none of them have the headphones in stock, nor do they have a demo model to try out. The Best Buy associate told me that this is out of their control, as it is the responsibility of the Bose Rep to setup and provide demo headphones in their stores. He had no idea when that would take place.

- Answer I’ll tell you straight up. They’re way too quiet. The noise of the gym is louder than the max volume. The noise cancelling works phenomenally, great for flights, it’s very quiet until you take them out. But I didn’t purchase them for hearing protection. I want to listen to loud music when I’m working out, and these don’t do it.
