No, the earphones are not removable from the Neck brace .

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn't recommend it. The noises cancelling module is in the neck piece. If you separate it from the cord you will kill it and void the warranty. Go buy a cheap pair of noise cancelling ear buds by Corwin if that is what you are going to use them for. Not as good as the Bose, but no neck piece.
