“Is it possible to use these while sleeping for their noise cancelling abilities only? I am a truck driver, and am finding it difficult to sleep a full night due to truck stop noise/traffic. Just wondering if they'd be comfortable enough for sleeping?”

Yes, I sleep with them nightly to eliminate/minimize snoring noise. Not a issue. The neck brace may twist a bit but nothing problematic. Occasionally, one of the ear buds may slip out while sleeping but this is generally not detected until I am awakened.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes these can be used for/during sleeping. The noise cancelling is not as effective as the Bose headphones that fully cover the ears. These headphones are cooler and one can sleep on ones side. Although I do not sleep on my side because I use a CPAP mask but have rolled on my side for short periods of time and had no issues. I use these every night to listen to relaxing music with subliminal messages.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are very comfortable and much more comfortable. Although I haven't slept with him overnight but I have taken naps with them, sleeping on my back. If you're sleeping in your truck upright or laying down your head, they are indeed comforable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They work fairly well while sleeping, that are a little large and may tweak your neck if you don't sleep on your back. There is not any active noise canceling but the passive noise canceling is pretty good for an overear headphone
