I am a female Truck Driver over the road and I sleep in my truck with the engine idling all night long and I don't hear or feel the vibration once I put these little things on. Just make sure you choose the correct fittings (enclosed replacements) to ensure a comfortable for. I had to use the small ones for a comfortable fit and once the fell out only because I sleep wild. Do not expect for it to cancel any background noise during an6 calls though.
