QuestionIs the Bose Music App the only place to adjust the bass of the Bose Soundbar and Bose Bass Module 500? Can you control the bass through the remote?

- Answer I'm fairly new to this Bose soundbar. It is the 700 series though, along with the bass Subwoofer. I believe that the app is the only way to control the bass and treble settings. It's a little frustrating this way. You would think that with such a large cumbersome remote, the least you'd be able to do is control bass/treble settings on it.

- Answer Unfortunately there are no RCA jacks. If you have an optical out on your multi-CD player you can hook it up that way

- Answer The overall height is just over 2 1/4 inches ( 2.310 ). If you purchase I hope you have better luck getting it to connect to your tv!

- Answer Not 100% sure but I would say no as the 700 and 500 are both designed to be interchangeable with the subs and rear speakers. I doubt anything other than a 500 or 700 series speaker would work.

- Answer Thanks for your question. No you can't connect the speakers from this system as they are not compatible. You will need either the standard Surround Speakers or the Surround Speakers 700!

- Answer You can connect either by a HDMI cable or DAC (digital optical cable) which gives the best sound IMO.

- Answer Hi Leonard, Thank you for your question today, the Bose 321 Subwoofer can't be used with the Soundbar 700. The only Subwoofers that can be used are the Bass Modules 300,500 and 700.

- Answer No need for wires. Just connect the soundbar to your TV via the included HDMI or Optical cable to the soundbar, connect the soundbar to a power outlet, and listen. When using the Bose Bass Module 700 you will need to sync the bass to the soundbar using the Bose app, but again no wires other than power are needed.
