Please try again later.Make sure your wifi is connected to 5 GHz not the 2.4GHz at least on mine that’s what it has to be connected too at first I tried connecting it to the 2.4 and it kept saying I entered the wrong password or wifi name I tried multiple times until I switched over to the 5 GHz maybe try this too and see if it work for ya
