- Answer The Bass Module 700 (aka. Acoustimass 300) and Bass Module 500 are compatible with the Smart Soundbar. If you're using two bass modules with the soundbar, both need to be of the same model, and both need to be connected wirelessly to the soundbar.

- Answer Yes, the Smart Soundbar can be paired with one or two Acoustimass 300 Bass Modules (this bass module is also known as "Bass Module 700"). If using two bass modules, both will need to be of the same model, and both will need to be connected wirelessly.

QuestionHow long typically do the Bose Sound bars last? We purchased originally in 2018. Recently it turns off while watching TV or listening to music through the TV. Xfinity said it was our flex box- had us switch to a Xumo Box for streaming TV. Still happens!

- Answer Hello Tyty, the Smart Soundbar can only be connected via HDMI, HDMI ARC or Optical. The soundbar includes HDMI and Optical cable.

- Answer Hello DM, yes you can connect the Smart Soundbar to an LG TV via HDMI ARC or Optical. If your LG remote is an universal remote, you should be able to control the soundbar.

- Answer Hello Amy, in order to get the best experience while watching TV we would recommend a soundbar that you would plug to your TV via HDMI or Optical. - Answer The "Smart Soundbar" is neither a Smart Soundbar 300 nor a Soundbar 500, but a separate product. It is similar to the Smart Soundbar 600, but it has A.I. Dialogue Mode that automatically senses when dialogue is occurring and adjusts the tonal balance accordingly. It also has Personal Surround, meaning you can pair the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds to it, adding a new dimension to your movies.
